A document abstraction is the processing of a lease or lease-related document to extract structured information into RetrackAI. Your monthly plan includes a set number of document abstractions, with additional abstractions available at $10 per lease.
What's the difference between abstraction pricing and AI usage?
Document abstraction is charged per lease when you exceed your included monthly abstraction allowance. AI usage covers token consumption from AI-powered features such as chat, document queries, and AI workflows.
What happens if I go over my plan's active lease count?
If your portfolio grows beyond your plan's lease limit, contact us to upgrade to the next plan or discuss an Enterprise package.
Is the $25/lease onboarding fee required?
The onboarding fee applies when you want RetrackAI to bulk-process and onboard an existing portfolio. It is separate from your recurring subscription.
Do unused abstractions or AI tokens roll over?
Unused monthly abstractions and AI tokens do not roll over to the following month.
